Gretsch Synchromatic Nashville Hollowbody Electric Guitar, '50s Orange Stain
The Gretsch Synchrometic Nashville sits smack-dab in the middle of the Electromatic and Professional lines, offering players an elevated hollowbody experience.
Its single-cut body is constructed from a 2.5-inch deep laminated maple body with a semi-arc bracing design to keep things structurally sound. True to its name, the hollowbody design delivers airy, present, and loud sound, great for fulling up a space even if played unplugged. It's neck is attached in a set-neck manner and meets the body at the 14th fret. The neck sports a Soft "C" shaped profile and is topped with an ebony fingerboard and pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays. Twenty-two medium jumbo frets keep the Synchromatic Nashville playing smooth. It's body is accented by bound large f-holes and gold hardware.
To amplify its voice, a set of Hi-Fidelity Filter'Tron pickups are positioned in the neck and bridge positions. The pickups can be fine-tuned to taste with individual neck and bridge volume controls, master volume (with treble bleed circuit), master tone, and a 3-way pickup selector switch. A Bigsby B60 V-Cutout vibrato tailpiece offers expressive pitch control while stable Adjusto-Matic bridge keeps strings and intonation stable. Vintage-style open-back tuning machines add a classy touch and keep strings in pitch.
The hollowbody is finished a tangy '50s Orange Stain and comes complete in a deluxe hardshell case for safe keeping. Elegant and timeless charm meets modern playability with the Gretsch Synchromatic Nashville Hollowbody.
