Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
