1977 Guild D-35, Spruce Top with Mahogany Back and Sides, Natural - Used
The Guild D-35 was introduced in 1968 and built until 1987 It is a spruce topped, mahogany back and sided dreadnought. This guitar was built in 1977 and has had all major work one would expect to do, already done. It has signs of wear cosmetically but has plenty of life in the frets and will be a great player for years to come. It plays comfortably with a "C" shaped neck and has a warm woody sound with mid-range focus.
Top has significant checking in finish due to age in some places and with minor blemishes and small dings throughout. On the fingerboard on first fret near B string, there is an indentation in the wood. It does not affect playability. There is significant thumb-sized wear spot on the side of neck right between first and second fret.
It does not come with a case.
