If you could take any Reverend Guitar and customize however you see fit, what would you do?
I’ll tell you what we would do!! We would start with the Charger 290. It’s an all korina body with a single cutaway, bound top and an arm contour. It’s a little bit of Les Paul, a tiny bit of Tele and just a speck of Strat. That beautiful body is bolted to a 25.5” scale neck, covered in 22 medium jumbo frets perfectly dressed on a 12” radius fingerboard. A boneite nut and a set of locking tuners top of that signature Reverend peghead. We could stop there and everyone would be happy but instead we decided to dress it up with some vintage inspiration and some modern accoutrements. A deep gold top contrasting that dark mahogany colored back pairs like a fine wine with the crème pickguard, pickup covers and binding. The neck is an extra dark roasted maple for looks and stability with a killer blackwoodtek fingerboard on top.
