With a focus on weight reduction, this bass is nearly one pound lighter than its predecessors, featuring lightweight Clover-style tuning machines and hardware. Crafted from select hardwood, the iconic Stingray body shape is complemented by an aluminum-lined black oval-shaped pickguard, adding to its allure.
The neck of the Stingray Special HH boasts a premium roasted maple construction securely attached to the body with five bolts, now featuring a luxurious rosewood fingerboard. Treated with a unique blend of special wax and gunstock oil, the back of the neck offers a comfortable feel for the fretting hand as it navigates the 11" radius fretboard with 22 high-wide style frets, providing a total scale length of 34".
Distinguished by its soapbar-style neodymium humbuckers, this bass delivers unparalleled tonal versatility, translating dynamic playing nuances into a rich, low-end punch.
