Marshall JCM 800 Sex Pistols 50th Anniversary Half Stack Guitar Amplifier, Anarchic Pink/Yellow
Formed in London in 1975 by Johnny Rotten, Steve Jones, Glen Matlock, and Paul Jones, the Sex Pistols became cultural icons quickly with the release of "Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols" in 1977. With their initial run as a group only lasting two and a half years, their music, style, and sound are still here, and still relevant 50 years later. Celebrating that legacy we have the Marshall JCM 800 Sex Pistols 50th Anniversary Half Stack.
Since the start of the Sex Pistols, guitarist and founding member Steve Jones has relied on the Marshall JCM 800 to amplify his signature sound. Built in Marshall's UK factory, this JCM 800 offers 100-watts of output power through a simple, single channel design. Standard EQ controls offer touch sensitive tone sculpting, while a effects loop adds a touch of modern flexibility. The accompanying 1960A speaker cabinet delivers sound with its four 12-inch Celestion G12T-75 speakers.
As part of a limited release, this half stack has been specially customized with an Anarchic Pink wrap and Yellow grille which mimic the "Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols" album artwork. The head's cabinet proudly displays the Sex Pistols logo and sports a British flag crown and 1975 logo. Grab your favorite guitar, plug in, and let the sounds of British rebellion sing!
