Roll out the red carpet as we welcome a brand new cherry finish to the Gibson Les Paul Studio Session lineup for 2026. Serving as an updated version of the classic Les Paul Studio, the Studio Session's design was driven by fan-favorite specs and requests for the modern player.

Crafted from an ultra modern weight-relieved mahogany body, the guitar is extremely lightweight and more comfortable to play. For added tonal balance and visual flair, a AA figured maple cap is affixed to the body. The body delivers the signature midrange chunk and clarity that Les Paul's are adored for. The cream pickguard, pickup mounting rings, and gold top hat control knobs add great contrast to the cherry finish.

It's neck features a modern contoured heel for increased access to the upper frets. Attached in a traditional set-neck design, the bound mahogany neck sports a SlimTaper profile for speed and precision. The neck is topped by a 12-inch radius ebony fingerboard and is crowned with 22 medium jumbo frets and decorated with acrylic trapezoid inlays. Thanks to the Nashville ABR-1 bridge and Grover Rotomatic tuners, intonation and tuning stability are solid.

Equipped with a '57 Classic in the neck and a '57 Classic + in the bridge, the Studio Session is a versatile platform with its expansive control switching. Each pickup offers its own set of push/pull controls on the volume and tone knobs for coil-tapping and phase/pure bypass switching. With the inclusion of the 3-way toggle switch, the guitar offers a variety of sounds to be explored.
