The body of the Fender American Ultra Jazz Bass is carved from alder and features two deep, J-bass cutaways and sleek contours that create a comfortable contact between the bass and the body of the player. Its Modern "D"-shaped maple neck is paired with a maple fingerboard boasting a compound radius of 10" - 14" and topped with 21 Medium Jumbo frets.

At the sonic heart of the Fender American Ultra Jazz Bass, are the newly developed Fender Ultra Noiseless pickups, both at the bridge and neck positions, augmented by an active preamp.

Finished with a glossy polyurethane coating, the Fender American Ultra Jazz Bass comes with a premium hard case included.
