The Martin D-28 Billy Strings is inspired by Billy Strings' own 1940 D-28. It features a custom 25" scale length and 1 23/32'' nut width. This guitar beautifully combines the pre-war Martin sound with modern playability. The dreadnought shape gives you plenty of volume for the stage, and the rosewood back and sides really let your single note lead lines sing out. A beautiful instrument inspired by one of world's best players.
The top has a small scuff on the lower bout, bass side, only noticeable under light. The back of the instrument nick in the finish on the lower bout, treble side, about the width of a quarter. The top of the headstock has a small ding on the front, bass side, and two nicks on the back of the headstock.
