Introduced in 1956, this Fender Studio Deluxe lap steel was designed with three removable legs, allowing the player to have a standalone setup with more access in upward playing position. This particular instrument comes from the year 1957 and retains its original Fullerton, California Fender spaghetti logo decal. The blonde finish has aged very nicely with very fine and straight-lined checking across the body. Fender's slotted peghead remains in great shape with nice patina and no pitting. The white cover single coil pickup, pots and hardware are all original and remain in great shape.

This 1957 Fender Studio Deluxe Lap Steel is in very good condition. The finish shows signs of dings, dents, and checking across. The legs are in good shape and retain the original rubber feet, however, the rubber feet have worn down and don't retain a tight fit.
