Reverend Double Agent OG Electric Guitar, Roasted Maple Neck, Metallic Alpine
The Double Agent OG is one of Reverend Guitars most favorited electric guitars. With a Humbucker/P90 pickup configuration, this guitar offers versatility coupled with rock solid construction and a new classic look.
Like all Reverend guitars, the Double Agent OG begins with a Korina (or White Limba to some) body. This tonewood offers warm mahogany-like character with a snappier response. The single cutaway design of the Double Agent OG features back and arm contour for added comfort, as well as a Tune-matic bridge and stop tailpiece for accurate articulation.
The Double Agent OG also features a Roasted Maple neck with Medium Oval profile. Depending on the finish, the Double Agent OG will receive either a Roasted Maple or Rosewood fingerboard. This model, in Metallic Alpine, features the Roasted Maple variant. All fingerboards feature a 12" radius and 22 frets.
House-made Reverend pickups are featured in the Double Agent OG, those being their HA5 bridge humbucker and 9A5 P-90. When selected together, the combination of humbucker and P90 produces - as Reverend refers, "a unique depth-meets-twang unlike anything else."
The pickups on the Double Agent OG are controlled by a classic master volume and tone with three-way blade pickup selector. At the upper bout of the body is Reverend's signature Bass Contour control, a passive low cut ideal for taming frequencies or for revoicing the guitar's pickups.
